Hanover Area lost its seventh straight to fall to 1-7.
Crestwood led 35-0 after one quarter and 62-0 at halftime.
Noah Schultz carried just 4 times but ran for 96 yards and 3 touchdowns. He led a ground attack that used 11 ballcarriers to produce 398 yards on 11 attempts.
Joshua Hilpp scored on a 24-yard interception return and the Comets also got a touchdown off one of their two blocked punts.
