Foxlynn King had 10 kills and 4 aces Wednesday night at North Pocono to lead the way as Blue Ridge swept Lackawanna Trail, 25-15, 25-14, 25-16, to capture its ninth straight District 2 Class A girls volleyball championship.
Libby Zick had 28 assists and 5 aces.
Kate Spencer had eight kills and eight digs while Kaelynn Brant had seven kills and two blocks.
Emma Button matched Spencer for the team lead with eight digs while Leigha McCain had six.
The Lady Raiders (20-1) will hit the road for the first round of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state Class A tournament. They play District 3 champion Lititz Christian (18-4) at Warwick High School in Lititz.
