Abington Heights and host Riverside used balanced offenses Monday night to advance to Wednesday’s final in the Taylor Lions Tournament.
The Lady Comets and Lady Vikes will meet Wednesday at 7:30 for the title.
Whitehall and West Scranton will play for third place at 6.
Abington Heights 53, Whitehall 17
Maggie Coleman scored 13 points to lead Abington Heights, which used its largest margin of victory of the season to improve to 4-3.
Madison Zalewski and Peyton Houlihan added 12 each.
Coleman and Zalewski each had 10 points to help the Lady Comets to a 33-9 lead at halftime.
Whitehall, a Class 5A team from District 11, fell to 1-6 with its second-lowest scoring effort of the season.
Riverside 63, West Scranton 43
Lillie Pon led four Riverside players in double figures as the Lady Vikes won the nightcap.
Pon had 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.
Zoey Zimorowicz and Lexi Kostoff added 13 points while Kiley Williams added 11.
Riverside improved to 3-4 while West Scranton remained winless through seven games.
