Wallenpaupack held Western Wayne to three points in each of the first two quarters Monday while advancing to the Honesdale Jaycees Tournament boys basketball final with a 60-24 romp.
Jake Holbert scored 19 points to lead the Buckhorns.
Justin Blanding made all nine of his free throws while adding 15 points.
Holbert was 6-for-8 as part of Wallenpaupack’s 19-for-25 free throw shooting effort.
The Buckhorns used a 21-8 third quarter to open a 47-14 lead, sending the game into the Mercy Rule.
Dustin Ferraro made the only Western Wayne basket of the first quarter and led the Wildcats with five points.
Wallenpaupack (4-2) will face East Stroudsburg South (6-1) in Wednesday’s 8 p.m. championship game. Western Wayne (2-5) plays Honesdale (0-6) for third place at 6:30.

Logan Santos led four East Stroudsburg South players in double figures with 18 points.
Santos and Xavier Carnegie, who added 13 points, each made four 3-pointers.
Nate Hugaboom (13), Nate Greene (12) and Joe Taraschuk (11) scored in double figures for the Hornets.
East Stroudsburg South led 15-5 after one quarter and 33-18 at halftime.
