Matt Lyons added eight points while Logan Tierney and Mario Matrone had seven each.
The Crusaders were in control from the start, taking leads of 21-4 after one quarter and 35-13 at halftime.
Holy Cross, which leads the race for the top seed in the District 2 Class 2A playoffs where it is the defending champion, won its eighth straight to improve to 11-3 overall.
