The first boys basketball divisional title in District 2 could be decided as early as Tuesday night.
Dallas could repeat as Wyoming Valley Conference Division 1 champion if it wins at Crestwood and Pittston Area loses at home to Tunkhannock.
If just one of those two results happens, Dallas can clinch at least a tie for the division title.
Holy Redeemer can clinch at least a tie for first place in Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 with a win over Wyoming Seminary tonight.
North Pocono can clinch a tie for the Lackawanna Division 2 title if it wins at home over Valley View and Wallenpaupack loses at West Scranton.
The Valley View-North Pocono crossover has implications on both division races.
Valley View is tied for the Division 1 lead. It plays at North Pocono while the other co-leader, Abington Heights, is home against Scranton.
In another game, Lackawanna Division 4 leader Forest City is at Lackawanna Division 3 leader Mid Valley in a non-league game that is not part of the league standings.
