Delaware Valley leads the way in the first Riverfront Sports Boys Volleyball Super Six Power Rankings.
The Warriors, who are off to a 2-0 start, won the Wyoming Valley Conference and District 2 Class 3A titles the last time the sport was conducted in the spring of 2019.
Holy Redeemer (3-0) is second. The Royals lost only to Delaware Valley in the WVC in 2019 and won the District 2-11 Class 2A Subregional title.
Berwick is third, followed by a pair of Lackawanna League unbeatens – Blue Ridge and Abington Heights.
Blue Ridge won the Lackawanna League in 2019, but Abington Heights beat the Raiders in the Class 2A Subregional and went on to beat sixth-ranked Tunkhannock in the match to decide the tournament’s third state qualifier.
