D-I BASKETBALL: O’Boyle scores 14 in Lafayette’s loss at Cornell

Cornell took an 8-3 lead. An O’Boyle 3-pointer and free throw closed the gap to 9-7 with 15:03 remaining in the first half. … O’Boyle netted back-to-back 3-pointers to give Lafayette its first lead, 32-30, with 3:39 remaining in the half.

Drexel (5-2) lost at St. Joseph’s (8-0), 69-49

Individual statistics

Lavelle did not play against St. Joseph’s. It was the second straight game she missed with an undisclosed lower-body injury.
