The official District 2 playoff pairings were released by District 2 Sunday morning, confirming the projections NEPASportsNation.com and NEPAFootball.com made Saturday morning and prior to the weekend.
Later Sunday, the site, date and time of the Scranton Prep/Lake-Lehman game was moved to Friday night at North Pocono at 7.
The last spot was not settled until Saturday night. Susquehanna missed a chance to clinch the fourth seed in District 2 Class 2A with a 39-7 afternoon loss to Lackawanna Trail. Holy Redeemer then claimed that spot with a 34-12 victory over Montrose.
District 2 officials finalized plans in a Sunday morning meeting and posted the brackets on their website late in the morning.
Teams are listed by seed, with rankings in parentheses.
