District 2 continued to make adjustments to its football playoff schedule Wednesday morning, moving two games — a semifinal and a championship game — from Friday to Saturday night at 7.
Scranton Prep will play at Western Wayne for the Class 3A championship Saturday night. The Dallas-at-Valley View Class 4A semifinal has also been moved to Saturday at 7.
The only game currently still scheduled for Friday at 7 is the other Class A semifinal, sending Berwick to Crestwood.
Earlier, District had announced Tuesday that two district football championship games and one subregional game were being moved up from Friday to Thursday to try to avoid weather issues expected this weekend.
The Delaware Valley-at-Scranton Class 5A and Dunmore-at-Lakeland Class 2A championship games will be played Thursday night at 7.
The Jenkintown-at-Lackawanna Trail District 1-2 Class A Subregional game has also been moved up to Thursday.
