District 2 had originally scheduled the entire quarterfinal round of the Class 2A girls lacrosse playoffs for Monday, but three of those four games have been postponements to Tuesday because of weather.
The Pittston Area at top-seeded Crestwood game remains on the schedule for Monday at 6 p.m.
Crestwood, the Wyoming Valley Conference champion, is the top seed in the eight-team tournament. The Lady Comets are also defending district champions.
Delaware Valley is participating in the District 2-11 Class 3A Subregional, which opens Thursday.
District 2 is using the home fields of the higher seeds for all Class 2A games, including finals. The Class 3A subregional uses neutral fields in the semifinals and finals.
