District 2 teams have made 15 past appearances in Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state girls basketball championship games.
Dunmore makes its fourth state final appearance Thursday against River Valley at 6 p.m. at The Giant Center in Hershey, looking to become just the fifth state champion from the district.
