Mid Valley will receive a forfeit Saturday in place of its scheduled football game with Holy Cross.
School and District 2 officials were informed of the decision Friday.
Holy Cross, hit by multiple injuries this season, is 0-2 following a 70-8 loss at Holy Redeemer last weekend.
A combination of injuries and COVID cases has left the team shorthanded.
