Addison Kilmer worked the lane in the game’s last two minutes to get Mountain View into overtime.

She stood just outside of it to send the Lady Eagles into the state semifinals.

Kilmer scored 17 points in the final 5:53 minutes Saturday afternoon while leading Mountain View’s 47-41, overtime victory over District 4 champion Meadowbrook Christian in a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class A girls basketball quarterfinal.

The 6-foot-1 freshman scored three baskets in a 9-2 run to close regulation, then made her first 11 free throws of overtime.

Kilmer brought Mountain View from behind twice early in the overtime, then padded the lead as she continued her free throw streak.

Held to just 7 points for the first 30 minutes of regulation, Kilmer wound up with 24 points, 14 rebounds and 9 blocked shots. She finished 4-for-10 from the floor and 16-for-18 from the line.

Ryleigh Kilmer, Addison’s older sister, added nine points and a team-high five steals in the win.

Riley Turner came off the bench to add three steals and join in the late rally. She scored her three points in the last two minutes of regulation, along with also contributing four rebounds and two assists.

Kylie Devlin followed up hitting her team’s first 3-pointer with a minute left in the third quarter by scoring 12 of her team-high 23 points in the fourth. Her reverse layup with 2:05 left gave the Lions their biggest lead at 32-25.

Addison Kilmer started the comeback by working her way inside for a basket with 1:53 remaining.

Turner hit the front end of a one-and-one with 1:07 left. Meadowbrook Christian missed a free throw after Claire Getz fouled out, but Mountain View turned the ball over.

Meadowbrook Christian needed to in-bound the ball under the Mountain View basket, but Turner was there to intercept and lay it in, pulling the Lady Eagles within 32-30 with 51 seconds left.

Devlin made both ends of a one-and-one, again making it a two-possession game with 35 seconds left.

Addison Kilmer scored on an offensive rebound eight seconds later.

Mountain View took advantage of another missed free throw by Meadowbrook Christian.

After passing up two possible earlier shots from outside, the Lady Eagles got the ball to Addison Kilmer in the low post. She turned into the middle of the lane and scored over a defender with six seconds left to force overtime.

The Lions scored first in overtime and had leads of 35-34 and 37-36 in the first minute.

Addison Kilmer erased each, two free throws at a time. She made 10 straight free throws before Ryleigh Kilmer hit two with 28.6 seconds left for a 46-41 lead.

The last point came from Addison Kilmer before she finally missed the second attempt with 14.3 seconds left.

Turner got the offensive rebound and, once the Lady Eagles effectively worked the ball out front, the Lions decided not to foul any more as the last seconds ran out.

Mountain View had held Meadowbrook Christian (27-3) scoreless in the second quarter for a 13-7 halftime lead before the Lions got their offense going.

The Lions were 0-for-9 on 3-pointers before Devlin made three in six minutes, including back-to-back as part of a personal streak of eight points to claim a 30-24 lead.

Madalyn Fasnacht also hit 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and overtime.

Mountain View (21-6) advances to face another District 4 opponent, third-place Lourdes Regional from Shamokin (22-7). They meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Berwick Middle School.
