Bastian carried 8 times for 107 yards, including a 9-yard, second-quarter touchdown run that produced a 14-0 halftime lead. He hit 7 of 9 passes for 194 yards, including 63- and 22-yard touchdown passes to Dylan Reiff.
Milton had the ball for less than a minute of the third quarter, but scored 21 points or a 35-0 lead that assured the entire fourth quarter would be played under the Mercy Rule.
Montgomery Fisher returned a punt 45 yards, Xzavier Minium ran 22 yards for a touchdown and Bastian found Reiff for 63 yards.
Both Holy Redeemer touchdowns came on fourth-quarter passes from Jacob Hunter to Zach Perta. They connected for 55 and 15 yards, sandwiched around the second Bastian-to-Reiff touchdown.
Hunter finished 17-for-28 for 236 yards. Perta caught 7 passes for 175 yards.
Milton limited Holy Redeemer (2-3) to six rushing yards in the first three quarters.
The Royals reached the Milton 23 late in the half but came up short of cutting into the 14-point deficit.
