Ryan Sones scored a season-high 30 points Saturday afternoon to lead MMI Prep past visiting Lehigh Christian, 78-51, in a District 2-11 Class A Subregional boys basketball quarterfinal game.
The Preppers advance to play at East Stroudsburg Notre Dame Wednesday at 7 p.m.
If MMI Prep and second-seeded Forest City win semifinals, the title game will be played at Mohegan Sun Arena Friday at 2. Otherwise the game will be played at a neutral site in District 11.
Bethlehem Christian 61, Susquehanna 53
Myles Harris hit four 3-pointers and scored 17 points to lead Bethlehem Christian to the quarterfinal win at Catasauqua.
Colton Stone scored 24 points and J.T. Burke added 16 for the Sabers.
Bethlehem Christian will play at Forest City Wednesday.
