Fans of the West Scranton softball team will have the option of following a second straight state playoff game through an audio Internet broadcast.
West Scranton has again made arrangements to provide a radio-style broadcast of Monday’s return trip to Patriots Park in Allentown for a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class 5A state semifinal against Lampeter-Strasburg in Allentown at 2 p.m.
Those who were unable to attend Thursday’s 7-6 quarterfinal victory over West Chester East had a chance to listen in as the Lady Invaders rallied for the lead, then tagged out the potential tying run at the plate on the game-ending play.
