Wilkes-Barre Area and Pittston Area share the best record in District 2 girls basketball.
That tie will be broken Friday night in a game that, depending on the result, could also alter first place in Wyoming Valley Conference Division 1.
Both teams are 13-1 overall.
Wilkes-Barre Area also has the only unbeaten WVC record at 7-0, giving it first place going into the home game. The Wolfpack have won nine straight.
Pittston Area, which has won five straight, is in second place with a 5-1 division record.
WVC Division 2 leader Lake-Lehman is the only District 2 girls team not playing on a night that features 19 games.
The best WVC Division 2 game has Holy Redeemer (6-2 in the division and 9-8 overall) at Nanticoke (5-2, 9-7).
The Friday schedule also includes two boys basketball games, a wrestling double-dual and four boys and girls swimming meets, one of them an invitational.
