Second-place Delaware Valley (9-1, 10-1) is at third-place Holy Redeemer (8-1), 9-3) in the Wyoming Valley Conference while Division 1 co-leader Blue Ridge (10-1, 14-1) is at third-place Dunmore (8-2) in the Lackawanna League to highlight the girls volleyball schedule.
Third-place Lake-Lehman (4-1, 8-3) is at first-place Wyoming Seminary (6-0, 6-2-1) while Honesdale (3-1, 10-1) is at Crestwood (2-2, 5-5) in Wyoming Valley Conference Division 1 field hockey games between ranked teams.
The cluster meet schedules in cross country create several interesting matchups.
Wyoming Valley Conference girls unbeatens meet when Crestwood (9-0) faces host Dallas (10-0). On the boys side, Crestwood (8-1) runs against Lake-Lehman (9-1) as part of the same meet. The boys schedule also pits Berwick (5-2) against Pittston Area (11-2) in a meet at Wyoming Area.
In the Lackawanna League, the Holy Cross boys (12-2) go against Abington Heights (14-0), Valley View (11-3) and North Pocono (10-4) in a meet hosted by Scranton Prep. The Honesdale boys and girls (both 13-1) go against the Scranton teams (13-1 boys, 12-2 girls) in a meet hosted by West Scranton.
