A portion of the District 2 boys tennis team tournament quarterfinals was postponed from Monday to Tuesday.
Among the matches postponed is the Class 2A match sending fifth-seeded Wyoming Seminary (7-2) to fourth-seeded Honesdale (10-3).
The match could be the closest of the quarterfinal pairings. Although District 2’s playoff ratings formula has Honesdale ranked higher and therefore seeded higher and hosting the match, the Riverfront Sports Super Six Power Rankings of District 2 teams has Wyoming Seminary ranked sixth and Honesdale seventh.
