Unbeatens Blue Ridge, DV still 1-2

Higher-ranked teams won both of the week’s meetings of teams in the Riverfront Sports Super Six Boys Volleyball Rankings of District 2 teams.

As a result, there are no changes in this week’s rankings.

No. 1 Blue Ridge rallied past No. 3 Abington Heights in four sets.

The Lackawanna League-leading Raiders and Wyoming Valley Conference-leading Delaware Valley remained unbeaten to hold first and second.

Abington Heights remains in third while Tunkhannock, which now has a better record than the Comets, is still fourth.

No. 5 Berwick handed No. 6 Holy Redeemer its second loss, keeping the teams in those positions.

Ranked teams won all nine matches against unranked opponents.
