The Berwick boys led the list of teams moving up this week in the Century Dental Associates Cross Country Power Rankings of District 2 teams.
The top two boys teams and top four girls teams remained the same in the rankings, which were released late Monday.
Five boys teams moved up while three girls teams moved up and a fourth moved into the rankings.
The top six boys spots are held by unbeaten teams.
North Pocono and Abington Heights remained 1-2.
Crestwood and Lake-Lehman each moved up a spot into third and fourth.
Mid Valley climbed three spots to fifth and Berwick moved up six positions to sixth.
Holy Redeemer, which suffered its first loss, 26-30, to Berwick, dropped from third to seventh.
Scranton Prep, another unbeaten, moved up two spots to eighth.
Montrose and Honesdale, which each slipped four spots, are ninth and 10th.
Dallas moved down from ninth to 11th while Delaware Valley dipped from 11th to 12th.
Three unbeatens and a team that only lost on a tiebreaker to one of the unbeatens remain in the top four girls spots.
Crestwood, Abington Heights and Holy Redeemer are unbeaten and 1-2-3 after going a combined 9-0 in their league duals. Abington Heights also won the Lackawanna County Commissioners’ Invitational.
Montrose is fourth.
Scranton and Lake-Lehman each moved up three spots to fifth and sixth.
Valley View held seventh.
Honesdale moved up two to eighth after beating Scranton Prep, which fell from fifth to ninth.
North Pocono improved one position to 10th.
Hazleton Area moved into the rankings in 11th after handing Dallas one of its two losses. The Mountaineers slipped from sixth to 12th.
Former No. 12 Lakeland dropped out of the rankings.
