Ben Chilson fired in the last 9 of his game-high 30 points as Tunkhannock was overcoming a five-point deficit in the fourth quarter Saturday night to defeat visiting Trinity, 65-57.
The Tigers (2-2) trailed 44-39 heading into the fourth quarter.
Garrett Yuhas was 4-for-4 from the line and Chilson was 3-for-3 as the Tigers shot 11-for-12 in the fourth quarter. Dylan Mateus made his two attempts and Shane Macko was 2-for-3.
Mateus had 5 of his 13 points and Josh Brown 4 of his 11 during the fourth quarter.
The teams traded control of the game.
Trinity was up 12-10 after one quarter, but Tunkhannock took a 30-26 halftime lead.
Owen Schlager scored 22 points and Adelphe Lisse added 19 for the Shamrocks.
