Wyoming Seminary and Lake-Lehman overpowered opponents Thursday to set up the final four in District 2 Class A field hockey.
Ella Barbacci and Emma Watchilla scored four goals each as three-time defending state champion Wyoming Seminary ripped visiting Tunkhannock, 12-0.
Grace O’Donnell had a hat trick in Lake-Lehman’s 6-0 victory over Holy Redeemer.
Barbacci and Watchilla each had hat tricks in the first half as the Blue Knights opened a 7-0 lead.
Maddie Olshemski, who scored the other first-half goal, completed her hat trick in the second half.
O’Donnell scored two of her three goals in the second quarter when Lake-Lehman turned a scoreless tie into a 3-0 halftime lead.
Ava Klopp added a goal and an assist.
Lake-Lehman will play at Wyoming Seminary Monday at 6 in one semifinal.
The other semifinal sends Lackawanna Trail to top-seeded Wyoming Area Monday at 4.
Wyoming Area received the only bye in the bracket.
Lackawanna Trail downed Nanticoke, 7-1, in an Oct. 27 afternoon game at Keystone College.
Nora Evans scored three goals for the Lady Lions.
The Monday semifinal winners advance to play Wednesday at Wyoming Valley West’s Spartan Stadium at 6 p.m. Both semifinal winners also qualify for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state tournament.
