Wyoming Seminary and Wyoming Area hope to be at Whitehall’s Zephyr Sports Complex Saturday morning for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state Class A field hockey championship game.
First, both teams will head to Whitehall Tuesday for a semifinal doubleheader.
The PIAA announced Tuesday’s semifinal sites and starting times on its website Sunday morning.
Wyoming Seminary will play District 4 runner-up Line Mountain in the 4 p.m. opener Tuesday.
Wyoming Area takes on District 3 champion Oley Valley (23-1) in the 6 p.m. finale.
Wyoming Seminary is two wins from its fourth straight state title. Wyoming Area is seeking its first state final appearance by taking on the team that ended its previous semifinal trip in 2019.
