Scranton Prep graduate Rachael Rose had 23 points, 7 steals, 6 defensive rebounds and 4 assists Tuesday night while leading the University of South Carolina Upstate to a 70-51 victory over South Carolina State in a National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I women’s basketball game.
