A freshman women’s basketball player from Scranton Prep received a weekly conference award for the second straight week.

Cecelia Collins, at Bucknell University, followed up Rachael Rose, at the University of South Carolina Upstate.

Collins was named to the all-tournament team at the TD Bank Classic Sunday and Patriot League Rookie of the Week Monday, following up Rose’s honor last week as Big South Conference Freshman of the Week.
