Wyoming Area and Wyoming Seminary have learned their next steps on the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association state Class A field hockey trail.
Wyoming Area will play Christopher Dock Mennonite at noon Saturday in a single quarterfinal game at Whitehall High School, which is also the site of the state championship game a week later.
Wyoming Seminary will play Boiling Springs at 2 p.m. at Selinsgrove High School in the second game of a doubleheader. The first game, at noon, involves the other half of Wyoming Seminary’s bracket, Greenwood against Line Mountain.
The winners of the two games at Selinsgrove meet in Tuesday’s state semifinals.
The schedules were released on the PIAA website.
As of noon Wednesday, the PIAA had not yet released the girls volleyball or boys soccer sites and times.
Holy Redeemer will play Allentown Central Catholic in Class 2A girls volleyball.
North Pocono will play Archbishop Wood in Class 3A boys soccer.
