Three teams moving up in rankings

Crestwood and Lake-Lehman held on to the top two positions and three other teams moved up in the latest Riverfront Sports Girls Lacrosse Power Rankings of District 2 teams.

Wyoming Valley Conference champion Crestwood remains No. 1 while Lake-Lehman, which is currently second in the WVC, is still No. 2.

Crestwood completed its WVC schedule 13-0-1.

Wyoming Area and Scranton Prep move up while Abington Heights rejoins the rankings.

Wyoming Area won twice to go from fourth to third.

Scranton Prep went from fifth to fourth despite a loss, 8-6, to Lake-Lehman.

Abington Heights won its only game, extending its winning streak to six games to take over fifth. The Comets have scored 109 goals, 18.2 per game, during their streak.

Wyoming Seminary lost twice, making it a three-game losing streak and dropping the Blue Knights from third to out of the rankings.
