Dallas is at Delaware Valley in a Wyoming Valley Conference meeting of ranked girls volleyball teams Monday.
Dallas is 9-3 in the WVC, 11-3 overall and ranked fourth in the Electric City Volleyball Academy Elite Eight Power Rankings of District 2 teams. No. 2 Delaware Valley is 11-1 and 12-1.
The day began with the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Individual Golf Championships at Penn State and the District 2 girls tennis singles tournament at Kirby Park and the Wilkes University courts.
The schedule also includes Valley View (7-1-1, 12-2-1) at Delaware Valley (5-3, 8-4) in Lackawanna League Division 1 girls soccer; Crestwood (5-3, 9-6) at Lackawanna Trail (4-4, 9-5) in Wyoming Valley Conference field hockey; boys soccer games; a season-ending Lackawanna League boys and girls cross country meet at Honesdale; and more.
Abington Heights (6-1-1, 14-1-1) will play under the temporary lights at Scranton Prep (3-5-1, 5-8-1) at 6:30 p.m. in another Lackawanna Division 1 girls soccer game.
