The Wyoming Valley Conference qualifier for the District 2 Individual Golf Championships is being played Monday at Fox Hill Country Club, beginning at 9 a.m.
Boys need to finish in the top 20 in Class 3A or the top 10 in Class 2A and shoot a score of 93 or better to advance to the Oct. 3 district tournament at Elkview Country Club.
Girls need to shoot 100 or better, regardless of their place finish.
Scranton Prep will try to complete a perfect season and wrap up a Class 2A Division golf championship in the Lackawanna League when it hosts Blue Ridge.
The Cavaliers have already clinched at least a tie for first place.
The Lackawanna League Division 2 boys soccer lead will be on the line when Holy Cross (7-0 overall) plays at Dunmore (9-1) at 7 p.m. Both teams are 5-0 in the division.
Holy Cross is ranked first and Dunmore third in Small School boys in the Riverfront United Super Six Soccer Power Rankings of District 2 teams.
The top two teams in Wyoming Valley Conference Division 1 girls soccer meet when Dallas (5-0 in WVC, 8-2 overall) plays at Crestwood (5-1, 6-4).
Dallas handed Crestwood its only division loss, 4-1, earlier this season.
Both teams are listed in the Big School girls portion of the Super Six. Dallas is No. 1 and Crestwood is No. 5.
There are also girls tennis, girls volleyball and field hockey events on the schedule.
