JOHN GREENFIELD, Old Forge football

Greenfield, a linebacker, had a team-high nine tackles, assisted three more and forced a fumble for Old Forge during a 20-14, overtime loss to Canton in the quarters of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class A state football playoffs.

SANTINO KRAPPA, Old Forge football

Krappa, a defensive lineman, made four tackles and assisted four others when Old Forge limited Canton to 3.1 yards per carry on its 40 attempts in the state Class A football quarterfinal.

JAKHAI SIMMONS, Valley View football

Many of Valley View’s 208 rushing yards in its 35-25 loss to Bishop Shanahan in the PIAA Class 4A state football quarterfinals came from running behind Simmons.
